Wilson Shelah PHILLIPS 
Wilson Shelah was born on March 21st, 1832. Wilson Shelah's father was David PHILLIPS and his mother was Mary (Polly) WATERS. His paternal grandparents were John PHILLIPS and Mary UNKNOWN. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named John, William, Thomas, Levi Durham, Benjamin Franklin, James, David Jr, Nancy, Sarah Ann and Mary Elizabeth Jane. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 69 on November 4th, 1901.-
