Sallie Agnes was born on July 3rd, 1863. Sallie Agnes' father was Wilson Shelah PHILLIPS and her mother was Marsalete HENDERSON. Her paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Jordan Thomas, David Preston, Lou Anna, Dorothy Elizabeth, Mary Henrietta, Dovie and Frances. She is the second oldest of the eight children.-
