Lou Anna PHILLIPS 
Lou Anna was born on September 18th, 1860. Lou Anna's father was Wilson Shelah PHILLIPS and her mother was Marsalete HENDERSON. Her paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Jordan Thomas, David Preston, Sallie Agnes, Dorothy Elizabeth, Mary Henrietta, Dovie and Frances. She is the oldest of the eight children.-
