Frances PHILLIPS

Frances was born on October 5th, 1880. Frances' father was Wilson Shelah PHILLIPS and her mother was Marsalete HENDERSON. Her paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Jordan Thomas, David Preston, Lou Anna, Sallie Agnes, Dorothy Elizabeth, Mary Henrietta and Dovie. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 45 on March 27th, 1926.
