William Anderson PHILLIPS 
William Anderson was born on April 14th, 1849. William Anderson's father was John PHILLIPS and his mother was Rebecca Jane WILLIAMS. His paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Julius, John Huston, J. R. Graves, Mary Ann Frances, Margaret America, Martha Jane Howard and Sarah Rosetta. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 80 on March 27th, 1930.-
