Sarah Rosetta was born on October 5th, 1861. Sarah Rosetta's father was John PHILLIPS and her mother was Rebecca Jane WILLIAMS. Her paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. She had four brothers and three sisters, named William Anderson, Julius, John Huston, J. R. Graves, Mary Ann Frances, Margaret America and Martha Jane Howard. She is the youngest of the eight children.-
