Mary Ann Frances was born on September 7th, 1847. Mary Ann Frances' father was John PHILLIPS and her mother was Rebecca Jane WILLIAMS. Her paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. She had four brothers and three sisters, named William Anderson, Julius, John Huston, J. R. Graves, Margaret America, Martha Jane Howard and Sarah Rosetta. She is the oldest of the eight children.-
