Martha Nickelson 
Martha was born in 1855. Martha's father was Nathaniel Nunn NICHOLSON and his mother was Martha Jane John. His paternal grandparents were John Candor Nickelson and Frances Fanny Nunn. He had eight brothers named James John, Martin Luther, William Jefferson, Leroy I, Daniel Melson, Nathan, Samuel Pratt and Calvin. He is the second youngest of the nine children. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Ira Britt, Mary Ida, Mary Ida and Sallie.-
