Patrick Jack 
Patrick was born on September 19th, 1700 in Ballykelly, Londonderry, Ireland. Patrick's father was Patrick Jack and his mother was Eleanor Elizabeth Jervis. His paternal grandfather is Jacob Jacques and his paternal grandmother was Nancy Farquhar; his maternal grandfather is James Jervis. He had seven brothers named James, Andrew, Robert, Samuel, John, Matthew and Charles. He died at the age of 80 in 1780 in Mecklenburg, NC.1 General Notes

Patrick Jack b 1700 ob 1780 patriot too old to serve in ranks as did allof his sons. When ill in bed. Tories burned his house & the exposurecaused his death. Born in Ireland died in Charlotte, N.C."

James Jack
James was born in December 1731 in Lancaster, PA. He died at the age of 91 on January 18th, 1823 in Jack Plantation, Elbert Co GA. He was buried in Jack Plantation, Elbert Co GA.
Jean Jack
Jean was born in 1750. She died at the age of 61 on September 11th, 1811 in Wilkes County GA. She was buried in Smyrna Church Cemetery.
Lillis Mcadoo Jack
Lillis Mcadoo was born in 1754 in Cumberland Pennsylvania. She died before 1820 in Greene Co GA.
