Barton Warren Stone was born on February 28th, 1879 in , Dickson, Tennessee. Barton Warren Stone's father was Benjamin Tidwell MCCASLIN and his mother was Martha E. NICKS. His paternal grandparents were John A. MCCASLIN and Elizabeth TIDWELL; his maternal grandparents are Barton Warren Stone NICKS and America Agnes MCGRAW. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Lilburn Franklin, William Henry, Rufus Newton, Enoch Absalom, John Thomas, Benjamin Lafayette, Mary Elizabeth, Florence Eudora, Mattie and Ethel. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 84 on August 26th, 1963. He was buried in 1963 in , Dickson, Tennessee.General Notes
