Gesi "Mary" Lubbers 
Gesi "Mary" was born on October 15th, 1868 in Stephenson County, Illinois.1 Gesi "Mary"'s father was Dirk Gerdes Lübberts and her mother was Janna Christina Evert Hennings. Her paternal grandparents were Geerd Hinderks Lübberts and Geeske Harms (Sinnen) Sinning; her maternal grandparents were Evert Berends Hennings and Hilke Ontjes Van Mark. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Geerd Dirks (George), Evert, Abbe, Dirk, Dick, Harm, Hilka and Jannetta "Nettie". She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 76 in June 1945 in South Dakota.1 General Notes
