Countess Of Flanders was born about 0910 in Vermandois, Normandy, France.1   Countess Of Flanders' father was Herbert II Count Of Vermandois and her mother was Hildebrante Princess of France.  Her paternal grandparents were Herbert I Count of Vermandois and Beatrice Of Morvois; her maternal grandparents were Robert I King Of France and Beatrice de Vermandois. She had four brothers and a sister, named Albert I "The Pious" Count of, Robert, Renaud, Herbert and Luitgarda. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Galeran, Raoul and Hildegard of.  She died in Bruges (Belgium).  She was buried in St Pierre Abby, Gand.1 1
