William Fowler 
William was born about 1882 in Chatham Co. NC. William's father was John G. Fowler and his mother was Mary Allen. His paternal grandparents were James Fowler and Nancy Hannah Thomas; his maternal grandparents were Simeon Allen and Hannah Woody. He had five brothers and six sisters, named James Monroe, John Joseph, Siamon Arlendo, David Zeno, Charles Matton, Mary Adeline, Hannah Belle, Nancy Caroline, Rachal Sinie, Minnie Elizabeth and Daisey Victoria. He was the youngest of the twelve children. He died on October 22nd, 1949 in Durham, NC.-
