Rachal Sinie Fowler 
Rachal Sinie was born on April 15th, 1872 in Chatham Co. NC. Rachal Sinie's father was John G. Fowler and her mother was Mary Allen. Her paternal grandparents were James Fowler and Nancy Hannah Thomas; her maternal grandparents were Simeon Allen and Hannah Woody. She had six brothers and five sisters, named James Monroe, John Joseph, Siamon Arlendo, David Zeno, Charles Matton, William, Mary Adeline, Hannah Belle, Nancy Caroline, Minnie Elizabeth and Daisey Victoria. She was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 18 on April 1st, 1891.-
