Willis Washington Payne 
Willis Washington was born on August 23rd, 1873 in Sheneah,Georgia. Willis Washington's father was George Washington Payne and his mother was Cynthia Elizabeth Gee. His paternal grandparents were John Payne and Sarah Paralee Walker; his maternal grandparents were Walter Leander Gee and Francis Elizabeth Jenkins. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John Henry, Willis Leander, Lewis Edward, Andrew Lee, Millard, Samuel Luther, Francis Elizabeth, Sarah Louida, Queen Victoria and Annie Leroy. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 58 on April 13th, 1932. He was buried in April 1932.-
