Barnabus PAYNE 
Barnabus was born about 1745 in Dossett,Dorchester,Maryland and his baptism took place there about 1745. Barnabus' father was Isacc I PAYNE and his mother was Sarah Daulton. His paternal grandparents were Thomas PAYNE and Elizabeth Taylor; his maternal grandparents were James Daulton and Unknown Unknown. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Thomas Jefferson, Nehemiah, Isaiah I, John, Isacc, Joshua, Charles, James and Jane. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died on December 22nd, 1820 in Rowan Co,North Carolina. He was buried in 1820 in Abbott's Creek Cemetery.-
