Samuel Luther PAYNE 
Samuel Luther was born on May 10th, 1887 in Lumpkin County,Georgia. Samuel Luther's father was George Washington Payne and his mother was Cynthia Elizabeth Gee. His paternal grandparents were John Payne and Sarah Paralee Walker; his maternal grandparents were Walter Leander Gee and Francis Elizabeth Jenkins. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John Henry, Willis Leander, Lewis Edward, Willis Washington, Andrew Lee, Millard, Francis Elizabeth, Sarah Louida, Queen Victoria and Annie Leroy. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 14 on February 15th, 1902. He was buried in February 1902.-
