Annie Leroy PAYNE 
Annie Leroy was born on June 10th, 1884 in Lumpkin County,Georgia. Annie Leroy's father was George Washington Payne and her mother was Cynthia Elizabeth Gee. Her paternal grandparents were John Payne and Sarah Paralee Walker; her maternal grandparents were Walter Leander Gee and Francis Elizabeth Jenkins. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named John Henry, Willis Leander, Lewis Edward, Willis Washington, Andrew Lee, Millard, Samuel Luther, Francis Elizabeth, Sarah Louida and Queen Victoria. She was the second youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 15 in 1899 in Lumpkin County,Georgia. She was buried in 1899 in Lumpkin County,Georgia.-
