John Henry PAYNE 
John Henry was born on January 3rd, 1867 in Fannin County,Georgia. John Henry's father was George Washington Payne and his mother was Cynthia Elizabeth Gee. His paternal grandparents were John Payne and Sarah Paralee Walker; his maternal grandparents were Walter Leander Gee and Francis Elizabeth Jenkins. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Willis Leander, Lewis Edward, Willis Washington, Andrew Lee, Millard, Samuel Luther, Francis Elizabeth, Sarah Louida, Queen Victoria and Annie Leroy. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 53 on October 14th, 1920. He was buried in October 1920.-
