Willis Leander Payne 
Willis Leander was born on August 22nd, 1868 in Fannin County,Georgia. Willis Leander's father was George Washington Payne and his mother was Cynthia Elizabeth Gee. His paternal grandparents were John Payne and Sarah Paralee Walker; his maternal grandparents were Walter Leander Gee and Francis Elizabeth Jenkins. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John Henry, Lewis Edward, Willis Washington, Andrew Lee, Millard, Samuel Luther, Francis Elizabeth, Sarah Louida, Queen Victoria and Annie Leroy. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died in 1868 in Fannin County,Georgia. He was buried in 1868 in Fannin County,Georgia.-
