Walter Payne 
Walter was born on April 15th, 1912 in Calhan,Colorado. Walter's father was Millard PAYNE and his mother was Lula Inez Cooley. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Payne and Cynthia Elizabeth Gee. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Willard Franklin, Millard Leroy, Cecil Edward, Luther Earl, George Avery, Lillie May, Lula Florence, Sarah Elizabeth, Francis Clarabelle, Mildred Charlotte and Willlie Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 22 on September 7th, 1934. He was buried in September 1934.-
