Lula Florence was born on December 25th, 1913 in Calhan,Colorado. Lula Florence's father was Millard PAYNE and her mother was Lula Inez Cooley. Her paternal grandparents were George Washington Payne and Cynthia Elizabeth Gee. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Willard Franklin, Millard Leroy, Walter, Cecil Edward, Luther Earl, George Avery, Lillie May, Sarah Elizabeth, Francis Clarabelle, Mildred Charlotte and Willlie Elizabeth. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 50 on June 7th, 1964. She was buried in June 1964.General Notes
