Millard Leroy Payne 
Millard Leroy was born on October 27th, 1910 in Questa,New Mexico. Millard Leroy's father was Millard PAYNE and his mother was Lula Inez Cooley. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Payne and Cynthia Elizabeth Gee. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Willard Franklin, Walter, Cecil Edward, Luther Earl, George Avery, Lillie May, Lula Florence, Sarah Elizabeth, Francis Clarabelle, Mildred Charlotte and Willlie Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 33 on December 4th, 1943. He was buried in December 1943.-
