Edward I, "Longshanks" Plantagenet King of was born on June 17th, 1239 in Westminster,Middlesex,England and his baptism took place on June 22nd, 1239 in ,Westminster,Middlesex,England.1   Edward I, "Longshanks" Plantagenet King of's father was Henry III Plantagenet King of England and his mother was Eleanor Berenger Countess Of Provence.  His paternal grandparents were John, "Lackland" ("Lackland") Plantagenet King of England and Isabella Of Angouleme Taillefer [Queen Of Englan; his maternal grandparents were Raimundo V de Provence Berenguer and Beatriz de Saboya. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Richard, Prince of, John, Prince of, William, Prince of, Henry, Prince of, Edmund "Crounchback", Margaret, Princess of, Beatrice, Princess Of, Beatrice and Catherine, Princess Of.  He died at the age of 68 on July 7th, 1307 in Burgh-by-Sands,Cumberland,England.  He was buried on October 28th, 1307 in Westminster Abbey,Middlesex,England.1 1
