Mary Alice Whatley 
Mary Alice was born on December 6th, 1883 in Raif Branch, Montgomery Co., AL.1 Mary Alice's father was Lewis Whatley and her mother was Mary Caroline Rushing. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas J. Rushing and Mary Anne Huffman. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas Edmund, Barnard Earl, Olin, Louis, Ruth, Lucy, Ethel and Loura. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 92 on July 14th, 1976 in Bartlesville, OK. She was buried in Gould Cemetery, Harmon Co., OK.1 1 -
