Velma Russell 
Velma was born on June 3rd, 1899 in Bodcaw, Nevada Co., AR.1 Velma's father was Jasper Newton Russell and her mother was Ida Delaney Scott. Her paternal grandparents were William James Russell and Mary Elizabeth Spradley. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Paris Owens, Jay N., Dove Valerie, Vida Valarian, Lois Christine and Wilma. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 89 in 1988 in Idabel, OK.1 -
