Paris Owens was born on September 3rd, 1894 in Bodcaw, Nevada Co., AR.1 Paris Owens' father was Jasper Newton Russell and his mother was Ida Delaney Scott. His paternal grandparents were William James Russell and Mary Elizabeth Spradley. He had a brother and five sisters, named Jay N., Dove Valerie, Velma, Vida Valarian, Lois Christine and Wilma. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 86 on October 14th, 1980 in Okmulgee, OK.1 -
