Charles Edward, Jr. was born on April 27th, 1917 in Hanover, Coosa Co., AL.1 Charles Edward, Jr.'s father was Charles Edward McEwen and his mother was Rose Eva Haddock. His paternal grandparents were William Powell McEwen and Martha Georgiana Adams. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William Cole, James Vernie, Eva Jane, Mae and Louise. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 57 on November 17th, 1974 in Yuma, AZ.1 -
