William Huel Garrett 
William Huel was born on June 7th, 1911 in Walton County, Florida.1 William Huel's father was Thomas Leroy Garrett and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Chestnut. His paternal grandparents were William Thorton Garrett and Sarah Elizabeth Bush. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James L., Baby Boy, Cecil T., Leroy J., Altha M., Etha and Ethel. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 58 on June 23rd, 1969 in Okaloosa County, Florida. He was buried in Antioch Cemetery, Okaloosa, Florida.1 1 -
