Altha M. Garrett 
Altha M. was born on December 4th, 1912 in Walton County, Florida.1 Altha M.'s father was Thomas Leroy Garrett and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Chestnut. Her paternal grandparents were William Thorton Garrett and Sarah Elizabeth Bush. She had five brothers and two sisters, named James L., Baby Boy, William Huel, Cecil T., Leroy J., Etha and Ethel. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 59 on October 27th, 1972 in Okaloosa County, Florida. She was buried in Antioch Cemetery, Okaloosa, Florida.1 1 -
