Hollingsworth Garrett 
Hollingsworth was born in 1822 in Laurens County, South Carolina.1 Hollingsworth's father was Stephen Garrett and his mother was Drucilla Elizabeth Putnam. His paternal grandparents were Edward II Garrett and Ann West Ousley. He had a brother and two sisters, named John Harris, Mary and Malinda. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 92 in 1914 in Welmer, Fayette County, Texas.1 -
