France Elizabeth Garrett 
France Elizabeth was born on May 5th, 1832.1 France Elizabeth's father was John Mason Garrett and her mother was Sarah Marshall Grumbles. Her paternal grandparents were Robert* Jackson, Sr. Garrett and Mary* Ann Clackler; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin Grumbles and Keziah Pierce. She had two brothers and two sisters, named James, William Mason, Nancy and Infant. She was the third oldest of the five children.-
