William Carey Fowler 
William Carey was born on March 13th, 1918 in Troy, Bell Co., TX.1 William Carey's father was Ernest Wilhoyt Fowler and his mother was Annie Belle Spradley. His maternal grandparents were Clayton Louis Pinkerton Webster Spradley and Josephine J. Brock. He had a brother and a sister, named Lewis Wilhoit and Josephine Virginia.
