Clinton Davis 
Clinton was born on October 29th, 1920 in Laurel Hill, Walton County, Florida.1 Clinton's father was William Jason Davis and his mother was Cornelia Augusta Cutts. His paternal grandparents were James Monroe Davis and Sarah Caroline Steele. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Leon Eugene, Edward, Wilma Geraldine and Ina Ma. He was the youngest of the five children. He had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Clarence, Harley Lance, Albert Clanton, Ellis Lowell, Floyd Devoe and Benrice.-
