He had two brothers and a sister, named Benjamin Franklin, William H. and Elizabeth Eugenia. He was the youngest of the four children. He died in 1898 in Rocky Mount, Autauga Co., AL. After more research it now appears that John Bryant Castellow, Jr. moved
his family to Alabama after his wife died. I doubt that his brother
Benjamin Franklin Castellaw was alive. However, in 1895 John's daughter
Anna Vera Castellow married in Crenshaw County. There might have been
family members of Benjamin still in Crenshaw County.
