James Castellaw 
James was born about 1612 in Sterling, Scotland.1 James' father was James Castellaw and his mother was Jonet Russell. He had a brother named William. He was the younger of the two children. He died in Scotland.1 
James and Jonet were married in a religious ceremony in 1653 in Lenark, Glascow, Scotland.1 They had four sons and two daughters, named James, Thomas, John, William, Margaret and Alison.
