James Castellaw 
James was born about 1640 in Renfrewshire, Scotland.1 James' father was James Castellaw and his mother was Jonet Pollock. His paternal grandparents were James Castellaw and Jonet Russell. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, John, William, Margaret and Alison. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died in Scotland.1
