Fletcher Talmadge Bell 
Fletcher Talmadge was born on November 26th, 1881.1 Fletcher Talmadge's father was David Franklin Bell and his mother was Mattie Easter Avent. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Carson Avent and Mary Elizabeth Douglas. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Recho Avent, Ruel Bascom, Addie Leigh, Minnie Ethel, Hatti Stella, Mattie Della and Annie Lou. He was the oldest of the eight children.-
