Frederick de Verdun

Frederick de was born about 0968 in Verdon, Meuse, France.  Frederick de's father was Godfrey de Verdun , Marquis Antwerp/, Marquis Antwerp and his mother was MAHAUD BILLUNG SAXONY COUNTESS FLANDER.  His maternal grandparents were Hermann Billung Duke of Saxony and Hildegardis de westerburg. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Hermann Count of, Gozelon I Duke of Lower, Godefroi III, Duc de, Adelheid of, Adelheid of, Regilla Ermentrude, Regilla de, Gerberge of and Ermentrude de.  He was the third youngest of the ten children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Jean de, Arnold II Count of and BERTHA.
