Gozelon I Duke of Lower Lorraine

Gozelon I Duke of Lower was born about 0967 in Verdun, Meuse, France.  Gozelon I Duke of Lower's father was Godfrey de Verdun , Marquis Antwerp/, Marquis Antwerp and his mother was MAHAUD BILLUNG SAXONY COUNTESS FLANDER.  His maternal grandparents were Hermann Billung Duke of Saxony and Hildegardis de westerburg. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Hermann Count of, Frederick de, Godefroi III, Duc de, Adelheid of, Adelheid of, Regilla Ermentrude, Regilla de, Gerberge of and Ermentrude de.  He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Jean de, Arnold II Count of and BERTHA.  He died on April 19th, 1044.  He was buried in Count of Verdun.
