Godefroi III, Duc de Basse-Lorraine

Godefroi III, Duc de was born about 0980.  Godefroi III, Duc de's father was Godfrey de Verdun , Marquis Antwerp/, Marquis Antwerp and his mother was MAHAUD BILLUNG SAXONY COUNTESS FLANDER.  His maternal grandparents were Hermann Billung Duke of Saxony and Hildegardis de westerburg. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Hermann Count of, Gozelon I Duke of Lower, Frederick de, Adelheid of, Adelheid of, Regilla Ermentrude, Regilla de, Gerberge of and Ermentrude de.  He was the youngest of the ten children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Jean de, Arnold II Count of and BERTHA.  He died in 1024.
