Luitgarde de was born in 0918 in Ledgarde. Luitgarde de's father was Comte Herbert II VERMANDOIS and her mother was Hildebrante (Liegarde) of NUESTRIA. Her paternal grandparents were Count Herbert I De VERMANDOIS and Beatrice de MORVOIS; her maternal grandparents were King Robert I FRANKS and Queen of France Beatrice of VERMANDOIS. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Robert de, Albert I the Pious De, Renaud (Rognvald) de Vermandois de, Sprota Adela of, Alix (Adela) av and Gerberge. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 59 on May 27th, 0977.-
