Gerberge was born in 0937 in <of Noordwijk-Bi, Zuid Holland, Neth.>.  Gerberge's father was Comte Herbert II VERMANDOIS and her mother was Hildebrante (Liegarde) of NUESTRIA.  Her paternal grandparents were Count Herbert I De VERMANDOIS and Beatrice de MORVOIS; her maternal grandparents were King Robert I FRANKS and Queen of France Beatrice of VERMANDOIS. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Robert de, Albert I the Pious De, Renaud (Rognvald) de Vermandois de, Sprota Adela of, Alix (Adela) av and Luitgarde de.  She was the youngest of the seven children.  She died in Y.
