Herbert II was born in 0884 in Vermandois Normandy France. Herbert II's father was Count Herbert I De VERMANDOIS and his mother was Beatrice de MORVOIS. He had three sisters named Beatrice of, Hildebrande (Kinegarde)DE and NC VERMANDOIS. He was the second youngest of the four children.
