Raintrude D'EU 
Raintrude was born in 1060. Raintrude's father was Count William II "Busiard" Of Soissons D'EU and her mother was Aelis DE SOISSONS. Her paternal grandparents were Count William I Of Brionne and Eu DE BRIENNE OF NORMANDY and Alice Lesseline DE TURQUEVILLE DE HARCOUNT; her maternal grandfather was Renaud DE SOISSONS. She had two sisters named Lithuise and Agnes Busac. She was the youngest of the three children. She died at the age of 57 in 1117.General Notes
Credited with the first unification of the country, convertedthe Danes to Christianity, and conquered Norway. After hisBaptism his fathers pagan tomb was transformed into a Christianplace of worship.
Introduced Christianity into Denmark, he had the famous Jellingrune stone erected in his parent memory. He was fatally woundedduring a rebellion by his son and successor, Sveng I.
