Mary (Polly) Philhower

Mary (Polly) was born on August 1st, 1771 in Mountainville, Hunterdon, NJ.  Mary (Polly)'s father was Philip Philhower and her mother was Anna Maria Margaretha "Mary" Muller.  Her paternal grandfather was Jurg Philip Wulhauer. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Christopher, John, William, Peter, Elizabeth, Anna Catherine, Charity Anna Gertrude and Catherine Ann.  She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
