Anna Catherine Philhower

Anna Catherine was born on November 7th, 1769 in Mountainville, Hunterdon, NJ.  Anna Catherine's father was Philip Philhower and her mother was Anna Maria Margaretha "Mary" Muller.  Her paternal grandfather was Jurg Philip Wulhauer. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Christopher, John, William, Peter, Elizabeth, Mary (Polly), Charity Anna Gertrude and Catherine Ann.  She was the fourth oldest of the nine children.
