Her paternal grandparents were Gilbert Holcombe and Anne Courtenay; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Ferguson *** and Elizabeth Unknown ***. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Benajah (Sgt), Nathaniel (Lt), Joshua, Jinathan, John, Elizabeth, Mary, Sarah, Deborah and Deborah. She was the third oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 49 on August 17th, 1688 in Windsor, Hartford, CT.-
