Peter Courtney 
Peter was born in 1516 in Landrake, Cornwall, Eng. Peter's father was Edward Courtney and his mother was Margaret Jane Threthford . His paternal grandparents were Edward Courtenay and Alice Wooten; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Threthford and Mary Trevisa. He had two brothers named William and Edward. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 90 in 1606.-
