German Francis Burton 
German Francis was born on July 6th, 1826. German Francis' father was Blackman Burton and his mother was Jinsey Yancy "Jinny" Saxon. His paternal grandparents were Henry Burton and Anne Elam; his maternal grandparents were Hugh Saxon and Mary Langdon. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Peyton Thompson, Allen, Henry J., Ausburn, Blackman L., James Davis, Lucinda, Louisa Marion , Adeline, Adeline Mary and Jane Wallace. He was the second youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 57 on January 11th, 1884.-
